Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We're working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Order modifications or cancellations are possible within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.

Yes, all furniture requiring assembly comes with clear, step-by-step instructions and necessary hardware. Some larger items may offer white-glove assembly service for an additional fee.
Do you offer product samples?
We offer fabric and finish samples for selected furniture items. Sample requests can be made through our product pages, and there may be a small fee that's credited toward your future purchase.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. Furniture must be unassembled and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, most furniture items come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranties are available for select premium collections.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you find any damage, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange for replacement parts or a full replacement at no additional cost.
