At NuriNook, we are committed to delivering your furniture purchases safely and efficiently to your doorstep. We offer Standard Shipping for all orders across our product categories including Living Room, Bedroom, Bathroom, and Kitchen Furniture.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery timeframe: 5-10 business days
  • Available for all furniture categories
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size and delivery location
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships

Delivery Process

Our delivery partners will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order is ready for shipment. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the items. For large furniture pieces, delivery will be made to the first available dry area of your home.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the continental United States
  • PO Box addresses are not accepted for furniture delivery
  • Some remote locations may require additional delivery time
  • Delivery to business addresses follows the same process as residential deliveries

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend to 3-4 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Damages

While we take great care in packaging your furniture, if you receive damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging to [email protected] for assistance.
