By accessing and using NuriNook's website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products including Living Room Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Bathroom Furniture, and Kitchen Furniture.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases through our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

All purchases are subject to product availability and acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product information, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance department.

Limitation of Liability

NuriNook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims related to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

NuriNook is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, and technical failures.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the NuriNook website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of NuriNook or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our website without express written permission from NuriNook. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

The NuriNook name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of NuriNook. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

Custom-made or assembled furniture may not be eligible for return unless defective. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs sent to [email protected].

Sale items may have different return conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
